The beds and pillows were all very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has pots, pans, cups and utensils, but no oil/salt/pepper/foil. Not an issue but FYI if you plan to cook. We spent all of our time on the deck, but the house has a wonderful layout that leaves all guests with a feeling of privacy and seclusion.
