House was clean, right on the beach, had a great deck and set-up for entertaining. Dogs are welcome at The Beach House. Livingston
We had a nice relaxing 3-day weekend at this beautiful, clean and light filled house on the beach. We enjoyed walks on the beach and the roar of the gulf while we sat on the huge deck and enjoyed cocktails. The only problem we had was that two of the bedrooms were much colder than the rest of the house but we found nice thick blankets in the closet so we were fine.

Short drive for groceries and into Galveston. Answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Enough bathrooms lol amazing view. We enjoyed that it was close to town but still away from the crowd. Had 3 families and had plenty of room.
